This is the personal blog of a beautiful, intelligent loyal Collie (think Lassie dog but even more intelligent, loyal and beautiful). The mission is 5km of roadwork a day 5 days a week to start. Throwing the ball lots is OK, too... but the roadwork is the most important. Definitely a dog is a good running coach...and there are three dogs in the family!

SUNDAY
Feb 12 We went to Kelowna and walked on the grass in the Creek Park then I went shopping. I have a new pink collar which is nice but my first choice had some serious bling!
