This is the personal blog of a beautiful, intelligent loyal Collie (think Lassie dog but even more intelligent, loyal and beautiful). The mission is 5km of roadwork a day 5 days a week to start. Throwing the ball lots is OK, too... but the roadwork is the most important. Definitely a dog is a good running coach...and there are three dogs in the family!

COLD AND SUNNY WITH A CHANCE OF SWANS!
FEB 27. I was stuck inside all day today 'cause the SWANS are back on our lake and I tried to chase them. Spring is almost here!
