This is the personal blog of a beautiful, intelligent loyal Collie (think Lassie dog but even more intelligent, loyal and beautiful). The mission is 5km of roadwork a day 5 days a week to start. Throwing the ball lots is OK, too... but the roadwork is the most important. Definitely a dog is a good running coach...and there are three dogs in the family!

ANOTHER SNOW DAY SO
Feb 21 Looks like another day stuck in the house, likely another round of Doggy Yoga. I already had to endure the spectator sport of Mommy on her exercise bike. I wonder how cats can be content to sit and lay around all
day.
