This is the personal blog of a beautiful, intelligent loyal Collie (think Lassie dog but even more intelligent, loyal and beautiful). The mission is 5km of roadwork a day 5 days a week to start. Throwing the ball lots is OK, too... but the roadwork is the most important. Definitely a dog is a good running coach...and there are three dogs in the family!

HAPPY SUNDAY
Feb 5 We and our friend walked across the lake and into town today. I was off the leash for most of our walk and our balloon popped down again. We walked 10km.
