This is the personal blog of a beautiful, intelligent loyal Collie (think Lassie dog but even more intelligent, loyal and beautiful). The mission is 5km of roadwork a day 5 days a week to start. Throwing the ball lots is OK, too... but the roadwork is the most important. Definitely a dog is a good running coach...and there are three dogs in the family!

ITS FRIDAY!
Feb 3. Mommy came home home from work, we took off across the valley and ran in the sun, 5km.
