This is the personal blog of a beautiful, intelligent loyal Collie (think Lassie dog but even more intelligent, loyal and beautiful). The mission is 5km of roadwork a day 5 days a week to start. Throwing the ball lots is OK, too... but the roadwork is the most important. Definitely a dog is a good running coach...and there are three dogs in the family!

SUNNY AND COLD BUT WE'RE RUNNING, YAY!!!!
Feb28 Back running with Mommy. She decided we're a team again, and when I'm with her, I'm not chasing the swans on the lake. Point for PRINCESS ZELDA!!!
